Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager in the wine and spirits industry. The position is based in Cranleigh, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Account Manager will oversee key accounts, develop customer relationships, generate new leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining consistent communication with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing excellent customer service to drive business success.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Account Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
* Sales and business development skills
* Experience in Lead Generation and proactive sales approaches
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is required
* Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
* Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
* Understanding of the wine and spirits industry is a plus
* A proven track record in sales or a related field
