Key responsibilities include:
1. Driving the business forward to maximize car sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.
2. Working in a profit-oriented environment with commercial awareness.
3. Providing guidance, training, and motivation to team members to maximize potential and create a focused sales team.
4. Maximizing customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
5. Following the sales process to maximize sales opportunities.
6. Liaising with manufacturers to meet volume, CSI, and other targets.
