Qualifications
* Strong foundation in commercial delivery and a passion for continuous learning.
* Experience in commercial management, quantity surveying, or procurement within infrastructure.
* Strong financial awareness and interest in data‑driven decision‑making, including tools such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
* Familiarity with infrastructure contracts (e.g., NEC).
* Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
* Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
* Collaborative mindset with a desire to expand technical capabilities.
* Experience working in a team environment and managing variable workloads.
* Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and client representatives.
* Professional curiosity and drive to improve project outcomes through better insight and control.
* Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Professional membership (e.g., MRICS) is desirable but not essential.
