What You Will Be Doing
Elevating Customer Experience
* Deliver the One Luxe service model, consistently providing a premium, personalized experience.
* Demonstrate products, immerse customers in brand heritage, and provide tailored tips and techniques.
* Act as a brand ambassador and uphold luxurious customer service and merchandising standards.
* Maintain awareness of the latest makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to offer expert, personalized recommendations.
Driving Retail Performance
* Consistently achieve individual and counter sales targets in alignment with line‑manager goals.
* Build authentic relationships with customers both in‑store and through digital channels, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
* Inform customers about upcoming in‑store events, promotions, and brand activations.
* Create engaging events and animations that attract and excite customers for L’Oréal Luxe brands.
* Represent and advocate for L’Oréal Luxe on social media, following company guidelines.
Operational Excellence
* Participate in team efforts and complete all required training programs to keep product knowledge current.
* Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks using designated platforms.
* Uphold high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, ensuring a clean and welcoming counter environment.
