Overview
Sales Administrator | High-End Furniture Brand | Stoke-on-Trent (FTC). 12-month fixed-term contract. A well-established luxury furniture company is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support the Sales, Operations and Marketing teams, with exposure to international growth and exclusive projects.
Responsibilities
* Generating orders and quotations
* Managing the end-to-end order process, including dispatch and delivery details
* Meeting clients to discuss briefs and requirements
* Collaborating with sales and production teams to ensure a positive customer journey
* Greeting clients and conducting showroom tours
* Responding to client queries
What we need to see (essential)
* Previous admin experience
* Experience communicating with suppliers and clients
* Experience in retail, hospitality, fashion, interiors, or stores
* Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
* Genuine interest in furniture and design
Nice to have (bonus)
* Current experience in a Luxury Design or Furniture company
* B2B/B2C exposure would be beneficial
