Job Title: Chef De Partie
As our new Chef De Partie, you’ll deliver an extraordinary, personalised experience to our customers, catering to individual needs wherever possible. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Create and support an excellent experience whilst meeting sales, stock, and profit targets.
2. Actively develop knowledge of our customers, products, and competitors to stay ahead.
3. Follow health, safety, and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for both team members and customers.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships to support effective collaboration with FOH and BOH teams.
5. Be curious and ambitious, identifying opportunities or risks and sharing ideas to improve operations.
6. Support with planning for deliveries, events, and new product roll-outs, as well as managing stock levels to prevent loss or waste.
7. Embrace our team culture, living Selfridges values and bringing a positive attitude to work each day.
8. Assist with tasks beyond your role when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
You will report to the Executive Chef and work closely with the Chef & Restaurant Team, Operations, and Health and Safety departments.
