About the job I'm pleased to be recruiting for an HRIS Analyst to join a growing team based in London. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing Oracle HR systems, ensuring reliable HR data, and improving reporting and processes across the function. The successful candidate will help strengthen system capability, data quality, and user experience while contributing to ongoing HR technology improvements. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HR systems, acting as a key point of contact for HR and operational users. Maintain and update system configuration including workflows, approvals, and business rules. Core HR, Absence, Performance, Talent, and Recruitment are the modules you'd be using. Support bulk uploads and system data changes, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Build and maintain HR reports using Oracle's standard reporting tools. Conduct regular data quality checks and support data governance and GDPR compliance. Assist with system testing and release cycles, including UAT activities. Create user guides and deliver training to increase system adoption. Work with HR and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and support system enhancements. Skills & Experience Strong experience working with Oracle HCM. Good understanding of HR processes and data structures. Confident analysing HR data and resolving system issues. Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data validation). Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Experience with HR reporting tools (e.g., OTBI) is beneficial.
