You'll manage a portfolio of clients, lead and develop a high-performing team, and uphold company values in every aspect of your work. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage the performance, development, and engagement of your team through I-to-Is, mentoring, and training. Delegate tasks effectively, identify learning needs, and provide coaching to empower your team. Create a positive and collaborative team culture that embodies our core values. Client Relationship Management Build strong, trusting relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. Provide empathetic advice and prompt support for client queries. Represent clients with HMRC, including managing investigations with care and diligence. Business & Tax Advisory Deliver tailored advice that reflects clients' unique needs and goals.
