We are looking for compassionate, reliable Residential Support Workers to join our team on an ad hoc basis, supporting vulnerable children and young people in residential settings. About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will support children and young people with their day-to-day needs in the home, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. You will work with individuals who may present challenging behaviours, including those with Autism, ADHDand Global Developmental Disorder.
