Base pay range
£35,000 - £40,000 + bonus + benefits
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, efficient stock management, and high service levels to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
* Monitor and fulfil replenishment needs by liaising with the Deployment Planner.
* Review and execute replenishment plans with secondary warehouses.
* Actively manage stock levels within the Inventory team.
* Monitor local inventory levels and stock status in ERP (JDE).
* Serve as the primary point of contact for short‑term supply issues, including allocation and back‑order management.
* Support resolution of customer requests while balancing business priorities.
* Stakeholder communication & continuous improvement: regularly communicate and align on operational initiatives with key stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, etc.).
* Oversee all importation activities (licences, transport, warehouses, customs).
Profile
* 2-4 years experience in supply chain, ideally within pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
* Strong understanding of order management, stock control, and supplier coordination.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong Excel and ERP proficiency.
* A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
