Key Responsibilities Oversee daily department operations including debt uploads, DVLA requests, cancellations, scanning, reissues, web forms, correspondence, and related administration. Monitor automated system processes, ensuring smooth case flow and immediate resolution of issues. Implement and support business change to improve departmental efficiency. Drive team performance, ensuring targets are achieved and exceeded. Deliver 1-to-1 coaching, mentoring, and performance support to your team. Use data to report and monitor departmental performance. Build effective, cross-functional relationships to achieve shared goals. Provide mental health support and escalate wellbeing concerns appropriately. Manage team absence, holidays, and sickness records with empathy and accuracy. Lead by example and support across the wider department as needed.
