The Role
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experiencedLegal Director– or aSenior Associate ready to take that next step– to join the thrivingReal Estate teamat a prestigious global law firm.
Working alongside an experienced Partner, you will handle a sophisticated portfolio of real estate matters including investment transactions, development projects, finance arrangements, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management. The role involves advising a distinguished client base comprising UK and international pension funds, financial institutions, and international investors.
This position offers genuine responsibility for business development and will play a pivotal role in strengthening key client relationships while driving the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a diverse caseload across all aspects of real estate law including investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals and asset management
* Supporting the Real Estate Partner in driving continuous growth and operational excellence
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members to support their professional development
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-profile clients while identifying opportunities for practice expansion
* Taking ownership of service quality and delivery standards across the team
