Pupil Mentor – Alternative Provision

Pay: £90–£100 per day
We are recruiting a Pupil Mentor to work within an alternative provision supporting pupils who need a more personalised approach to education.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 1:1 mentoring support
2. Support behaviour and emotional regulation
3. Encourage re-engagement with learning
4. Work collaboratively with teaching staff
5. Celebrate progress and small achievements
Skills & Experience
6. Experience supporting vulnerable pupils is desirable
7. Patient, consistent and nurturing approach
8. Strong relationship-building skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
