I am currently recruiting for Multi Trader to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering Crawley. This role will be working on the Voids team. A basic DBS Check and an Asbestos Awareness course will need to be carried out if successful.
Multi Trade Duties
* Carry out a range of multi-skilled plumbing, carpentry, tiling, basic plastering and decorating works and repairs and maintenance within social housing properties.
The Successful Multi Trader will be required to:
* Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames.
* Carry out works allocated by appointments.
* Have a valid UK Driving Licence.
Pay Rate
* Temp - £21.40ph (CIS or Umbrella)
Hours
* 42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri) 8:00am-17:00pm with a half hour break.
