We're looking to recruit an HRBP. You will be working at a senior level already with a good 8 years behind you in HR and ideally at BP level. We would be looking to speak to candidates ideally with immediate availability for a contract based position. You will work closely with leadership and employees to drive HR initiatives that support business goals. You’ll play a crucial role in building a high-performance culture, providing strategic HR guidance, and ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide expert advice on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Support recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment. Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward strategies. Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization. Data-driven mindset with the ability to use HR analytics to inform decision-making. CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential. The role is hybrid based with split time in the office and at home. A background in larger organisations would be excellent. Retail or consumer focused brands would be ideal.
