We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join us in delivering flexible, trauma-informed care across a range of settings. Who You’ll Support You’ll be working with children and young people who may be experiencing: ✅ Mental health needs ✅ Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or ADHD ✅ Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) ✅ Sexual trauma and abuse ✅ Risk of or current involvement in gang and criminal exploitation ✅ Emotional and behavioural challenges ✅ Family breakdown or placement transitions We also provide holistic support to families, helping to build resilience, stability, and trust around the young person. What the Role Involves * Providing 1:1 or group support, tailored to individual needs * Supervising contact between children and family members, ensuring safe, supportive interactions * Supporting young people in various settings, including: * Their family home * Foster carers’ homes * Children’s residential homes * Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment * Supporting emotional well-being, social development, and independence * Assisting with daily routines, structured activities, and personal care where needed * Working closely with families, social workers, and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes We’re Looking for Someone Who: ✔️ Has experience or a strong interest in supporting children with complex and traumatic backgrounds ✔️ Is calm, patient, and resilient, especially in emotionally challenging situations ✔️ Understands the importance of safeguarding and trauma-informed practice ✔️ Is a great communicator and a collaborative team player ✔️ Holds a relevant qualification (or is working towards one) ✔️ Has a valid driver’s licence – own vehicle with business insurance preferred ✔️ Has (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS Why Join Us?
