This role will support Construction Director/Head of construction, working closely with the regional management and construction teams.The purpose of this role is to provide a confidential and efficient administrative and secretarial service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across office and construction functions, and supporting effective communication and coordination between departments.What you'll do as Construction Personal AssistantProvide PA support to senior leadership, ensuring the efficient running of office administration and maintaining high standards of organisation and reportingManage diaries, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence to maintain effective communicationCompile letters, reports, and board documentation accurately and on timePrepare itineraries, arrange travel and accommodation, and take accurate meeting minutes with clear action trackingCoordinate site and office administrative activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company proceduresManage materials ordering and delivery schedules, maintaining accurate records and stock control systemsLiaise with customers, customer care, sales teams, and contractors to support key stages of the customer journeyHandle telephone and email enquiries professionallyMaintain organised filing systems (digital and physical), supporting a paper-reduced environmentEnsure construction drawings and documentation are up to date and compliantAssist with preparation of quotes, invoices, pay less notices, contra charges, and H&S documentationCoordinate company car administration and support compliance requirementsSupport Finance and HR functions where requiredManage customer complaints effectively to maintain brand reputationOversee general office management, including stationery, building upkeep, staff welfare, and Health & Safety documentationWhat experience do I need?Previous experience in a similar administrative, PA, or construction support role (essential)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasksExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and Outlook)Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with site teamsHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationTPBN1_UKTJ
