Responsibilities
* Help our clients live independently in their own homes
* Administer medication
* Personal care
* Meal preparation

* Safe lifting, transferring, re-positioning, and moving of clients

Compensation and Benefits
Our competitive salary ranges from £12.00 to £14.00 per hour, with additional compensation for drivers and walkers, such as 45p per mile, an extra 50p per call for drivers, and bridge crossing payment. We also provide full training with a £150 bonus upon completion of probation, ongoing career development support, uniforms, Paid shadowing and extra training for complex clients. Hours and Working Arrangements
This is a full-time or part-time position, with hours ranging from 16 to 40 hours per week, and our Support Workers are community-based, meaning you\'ll work in your area. We also offer a company pension, employee mentoring programme, and the opportunity for overtime and weekend availability.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have a full UK driver\'s license and access to a vehicle at all times. However, we have other Support Worker roles available, and we encourage you to contact us to discuss further. This role is subject to satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS Check.
