Job Purpose
The Care Content Writer is responsible for creating and reviewing content for our clients' platform. They collaborate with the Content, Editorial, and Sales and Events teams to optimize content delivery and maximize client value.
The role involves providing telephone advice to support clients with tasks such as registering and managing their care homes or domiciliary care services.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Researching, authoring, and updating content for the social care platform, including commentary, guidance, news, articles, care staff training resources, policies and procedures, in-depth information, and webinars.
* Reviewing externally authored work and managing author relationships.
* Providing insights to ensure timely delivery of new content and webinars, product development to meet market needs, supporting marketing campaigns with content, and keeping customer-facing teams informed about care sector developments.
* Assisting the client experience and sales teams with product queries and delivering training updates on legislative and market changes.
* Representing the company at client care exhibitions and events.
* Advising, assisting, and guiding clients on care inquiries received.
