Dental Nurse – Part Time (27.4 hours per week)

Practice Manager Rachel Clarke at Bupa Dental Care Derby, Raynesway is looking for a caring and motivated Dental Nurse to join her friendly and supportive team.
This is a part-time position (27.4 hours per week) with the following working pattern:
1. Tuesday: 8:15am – 5:00pm
2. Wednesday: 8:15am – 5:00pm
3. Friday: 8:15am – 3:00pm
4. Every other Saturday: 8:15am – 1:00pm
We are a friendly general/NHS/orthodontic practice, offering a welcoming environment for both patients and staff. The practice features modern surgeries with windows, creating a bright and comfortable workspace, along with on-site car parking.
Located on Raynesway, the practice benefits from excellent transport links and free parking, making it easily accessible. The area is well-served by local shops, cafés, and amenities, ideal for lunch breaks or running errands before or after work. The practice sits within a well-established business and residential area, offering a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues.

Qualified Dental Nurse skills and experience required for this role:
5. GDC Registered
6. Preferred Dentally experience
7. Ensure CQC requirements are met
8. Update patient records - digitally held
9. Set up decontamination of instruments
10. Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists
11. Undertake some reception duties
12. Willingness to provide exceptional patient care
