Role Overview
This role plays a key part in supporting the commercial function across several product categories. You will partner with internal teams and external retail contacts to ensure smooth execution of launches, promotions, and day-to-day trading activity.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, verify and circulate sales, stock and performance information using retailer systems and reporting tools
* Coordinate product setup and data requirements for new product introductions with retail partners
* Monitor promotional activity, ensuring all agreed campaigns are activated accurately and on time
* Use retail analytics platforms to extract shopper and category insights, summarising key trends for the team
* Track compliance of in-store and online promotional execution, raising issues where needed
* Support commercial activities related to point-of-sale materials and implementation checks
* Build constructive working relationships with retail counterparts, supporting joint business plans
* Work closely with marketing, supply chain and operational teams to ensure aligned delivery
Experience & Skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office & PowerBI
* Confident using Excel and other reporting tools, with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working with data, extracting insights and supporting decision-making
* Excellent time management, able to work confidently to structured deadlines
* Experience within a commercial data environment, ideally within FMCG, beauty, or consumer goods
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
