What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who genuinely cares about helping others and wants to make a real, lasting difference. This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 role; flexibility is key. You’ll work across a varied rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, supporting young people when they need it most.
If you bring empathy, purpose, and a proactive approach to your work, you’ll thrive in this role.
About the Services
Parkfield Hall (OFSTED Regulated) – Supports young people aged in a scheme-based setting with 10 self-contained flats and a crash pad. The focus is on helping them gain essential life skills and transition to independent living.
Norton Road (Non-Regulated) – Supports young adults aged 18+, providing tailored, person-centred support in a non-regulated setting to help them move into their own homes successfully.
Our services are known for their high standards and the dedication of our team. You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced workforce committed to empowering young people to build brighter futures.
What You’ll Gain
* Valuable experience in supported housing
* Experience in a professional and purpose-driven environment
* A supportive and collaborative team culture
* An opportunity to make a real, tangible difference
Our Commitment to Safer Recruitment
We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and we expect all staff, volunteers, and partners to share this commitment.
As part of our safer recruitment process, all applicants will undergo a robust vetting procedure. This includes:
* An enhanced DBS check
* Verification of identity and right to work in the UK
* Employment references
* A detailed employment history check
* Exploration of any gaps in employment during the interview stage
Note: One of these roles is regulated and falls within the scope of Ofsted’s requirements for supported accommodation services. Our recruitment practices are designed to uphold the safety, protection, and wellbeing of the young people we support.

We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion as the foundation of who we are. We actively encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, particularly those underrepresented in our sector, to reflect the diverse communities we serve. We guarantee an interview to any applicant who has a disability or identifies as being from an ethnic minority background and meets the essential criteria for the role.
