Administrator-ASAP Start\n\n£16.00ph-£17.44ph\n\nTemp to Perm\n\nKings Cross\n\nHybrid\n\nAn award-winning engineering consultancy is looking for a proactive Administrator to provide essential administrative support to their London engineering team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, working closely with the Executive PA and supporting wider team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide administrative support to engineers, including diary management and meeting coordination via Outlook\nCover front-of-house duties: managing calls, greeting visitors, and monitoring shared inboxes\nCommunicate with clients and internal teams via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams\nAssist with creating and formatting documents such as reports, proposals, and presentations under tight deadlines\nSupport the Executive PA with various tasks as needed\nOrganise travel, process invoices and purchase orders, and manage expenses\nAssist with staff inductions, CPD tracking, marketing initiatives, and event planning\nMaintain up-to-date CVs for tenders and handle incoming/outgoing post\nCarry out printing and general ad hoc administrative tasks\nAct as First Aider and Fire Marshal (training provided)Ideal candidate will have:\n\nPrevious experience in administration or support role desirable but not essential\nHighly organised, ability to prioritise and multitask effectively\nA collaborative team player with a proactive, flexible attitude\nDiscreet and professional, with a strong sense of integrity\nConfident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills\nCalm under pressure and able to manage expectations\nApproachable, detail-oriented, and dependable\nCompetent with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable administrator who is immediately available and ready to hit the ground running.\n\nHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.\n\nWe practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
