What we\'re about
We want to help quality solar installers get noticed and win customers. We make ads that convert, deliver real returns, and build genuine partnerships with the people we work with.
The role
We\'re looking for a Client Success Manager to look after around 40 to 50 clients. You\'ll work from home three days a week and come into our Manchester office for two.
In short: your job is to make sure every client has a brilliant experience with Solar on Steroids.
You\'ll be their main point of contact. That means handling the day-to-day, keeping them informed, having the difficult conversations when needed, and stepping in before small problems become big ones. You\'ll help them get the most out of what we do.
As we roll out new services, you\'ll also help introduce these to clients and get them set up.
This isn\'t a ticket-in, ticket-out support role. You\'ll genuinely own these relationships and have a real impact on whether clients stay and grow with us.
What you\'ll be doing
* Manage 40 to 50 relationships, primarily over WhatsApp
* Set expectations clearly from day one and keep things on track
* Be their voice internally and make sure they\'re looked after
* Spot anyone at risk of leaving and take action
Keeping things running smoothly
* Work with our creative, editing, and media buying teams to make sure everything gets done properly and on time
* Organise client video shoots and handle the logistics
Staying in regular contact
* Two text-based WhatsApp check-ins per week (one focused on data, one more general)
* A monthly phone call
* A quarterly in-depth review
Helping us improve
* Run satisfaction surveys and act on the feedback
* Keep client records up to date
* Track retention and flag any issues
* Help launch and onboard clients into new services
What we\'re looking for
* You can get to Manchester 2 to 3 times a week
* You're good with people. Empathetic, a good listener, easy to work with
* You're organised and manage your time well
* You have experience in client success, account management, or a similar role (bonus if it\'s in marketing or creative)
* Solar or renewables experience is a plus, but not essential
* You're straight-talking and care about doing a good job
* You're comfortable with friendly, personable client relationships
* Small team with no layers of management
* You'll own your work and see the impact
