We are currently recruiting for several Specialist Teaching Assistant opportunities within a highly regarded SEN school in Tadworth, supporting pupils aged 2–19 with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), acquired brain injuries, brain tumours, and complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities Supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex needs Assisting with personal care and daily living activities across all age groups Supporting students with physical, medical, and clinical needs where required Encouraging engagement, communication, and independence Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals, and support staff What We're Looking For ✅ Previous experience working within a PMLD or complex SEN setting ✅ Confidence supporting children and young people with significant physical and learning difficulties ✅ Willingness to provide personal care and practical support ✅ Comfortable assisting with medical and clinical interventions where required ✅ Previous classroom-based experience is desirable ✅ A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach ✅ A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs Why Apply?
