We are seeking an experienced candidate to join the Asset Management and Compliance team, within Housing Services, to support the delivery of responsive repairs and voids works Rate of Pay: £300 Per Day Hours: 37 hours a week Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm The ideal candidate will have a strong social housing background and technical understanding of property maintenance / construction. They should possess the knowledge to deliver effective and efficient property maintenance services to customers by working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party contractors to meet commercial, operational, safety and satisfaction performance. The role has no line management responsibilities, but the successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, and work closely with back-office staff, surveyors, management, customers, as well as being a key liaison with third party contractors. Duties: Organise third-party contractors to deliver responsive repairs and void works. Review work order schedules and ensure quality outcomes and cost-effective services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as policies and procedures. Complete on-site safety and quality assurance checks of responsive repairs and void works.
