This is a huge opportunity to be a part of an exciting business who provide specialised energy services that are designed to maximise the value of their clients renewable energy systems

Our client is looking for a Commercial Lead with financial modelling experience to accelerate the next stage of their journey in the Ireland and the UK.

You will work closely with their commercial leaders to define and develop their sales process. They're a fast growing company and the role will require you to take initiative and ownership when creating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading the full sales cycle from discovery to close, across new and existing business.
* Qualifying inbound leads and generating new opportunities through your own network and industry events.
* Creating and owning relationships with senior decision-makers, and multithreading into live opportunities.
* Running and facilitating pre-sales workshops to scope customer needs and validate solutions.
* Collaborating with commercial, product, and engineering teams to get deals across the line.
* Developing bespoke commercial and financial models for customer proposals - often complex and tailored.
* Account management following deal closure, during onboarding and beyond depending on the business requirements and other hires.

Key Experience:

* Proven ability to work complex deals from lead to close, often involving technical stakeholders and tailored solutions.
* Experience in financial modelling within the energy market e.g., forecasting project viability, ROI modelling, commercial scoping.
* A confident communicator and presenter, with a track record of building credibility with senior stakeholders.
* Comfortable running workshops, navigating multiple stakeholders, and owning commercial conversations end-to-end.
* A proactive and collaborative mindset, excited to help shape how the client grows in the UK and Ireland.
* Experience with contract negotiation, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
* A self-starter who stays informed on industry trends and feeds insights back into the business.
