What You'll Be Doing: Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support, enabling students to fully engage with their learning Promoting independence both in the classroom and across college life Supporting differentiated and inclusive learning activities that inspire and motivate Assisting students' emotional, social, and communication development to build life skills Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a seamless educational experience Who You Are: Experienced or enthusiastic about supporting young people with SEN, ideally in a post-16 setting (experience is a plus, but not essential) Patient, compassionate, and committed to nurturing student growth Confident communicator with excellent behaviour management skills Passionate about fostering student independence and personal development Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is welcomed but not required - mindset and dedication come first!
