Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs Service in the Low‑Rise Block Management team.
Responsibilities
* Managing complex complaints, Freedom of Information Requests and service enquiries.
* Data collection and monitoring during project delivery.
* Systems administration of the Case Management System.
* Support the day‑to‑day administration of all finance‑related issues.
* Provide management information to enable service level decision making and improvement in a busy and complex environment.
* Provide ad‑hoc systems training, guidance and support for the wider staff group.
