We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals for teaching opportunities across several colleges in the Construction Trades department, including:
* Carpentry & Joinery
* Plumbing
* Plastering
* Painting & Decorating
Positions are available at various levels: casual, part-time, temporary, full-time, and sessional. No formal teaching qualifications are required initially, as training will be provided.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Trade Lecturers: Deliver practical lessons to develop students' hands-on skills and technical knowledge.
* Programme Leads: Oversee delivery of construction programmes, managing educators and ensuring curriculum standards.
* Curriculum Managers: Develop and manage curriculum content for practical education in trades.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Expertise in trades such as Carpentry & Joinery, Plumbing, Plastering, or Painting & Decorating.
* Relevant industry experience is essential.
* No need for formal teaching qualifications initially; training will be provided.
* Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teaching are important.
