Key Responsibilities
* Rotational training across technical departments including Hygiene, Quality Control, and Production.
* Conduct daily hygiene checks, product quality assessments and equipment inspections to ensure compliance.
* Identify and escalage potential quality issues to line or technical managers.
* Analyse quality control data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
* Communicate quality issues and resolutions within the QC team and with production supervisors and line workers.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, maintaining assertiveness when addressing quality concerns.
* Ensure implementation and adherence of food safety laws, customer requirements and internal standards.

* Work environment: Food production facility. Comfortable working in such settings.

Requirements
* Educational background: Degree in Food Science, Technology, Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or a related field. General science degree with interest in agri‑sector considered.
* Personal attributes: Enthusiasm & willingness to learn; confidence & assertiveness; resilience comfortable working in challenging environment including exposure to abattoirs and carcass locations.
