Role: Apprenticeship Learning Advisor – HR/L&D

Working Model: Remote

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £40k basic salary (depending on experience)

We’re looking for an experienced HR or Learning & Development professional to join our apprenticeship delivery team and support learners through their qualification journey.

This role is centred around coaching, mentoring and guiding apprentices - helping them build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting a caseload of apprentices through structured reviews and regular contact
• Delivering engaging online workshops and group sessions
• Providing feedback on assignments and preparing learners for assessment
• Building strong relationships with learners and their employers
• Monitoring progress and providing targeted support where needed

What we’re looking for

You’ll need:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification
• Experience supporting or delivering HR or L&D apprenticeships
• Confidence working with groups and delivering virtually
• Strong organisational and communication skills

It would be great if you also have:

• An assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA or similar)
• Experience delivering up to Level 7
• Familiarity with e-portfolio systems
• Knowledge of Ofsted or ESFA requirements
