This is a "land and expand role" which will see this person come from a new business background in the IT space. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, whilst being allocated low-spending and dormant accounts. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities Win, develop and manage a portfolio of accounts Develop positive relationship with new and existing client(s) Manage the full cycle sales process from introduction to close on deals covering managed IT support, hardware, software & cyber packages Experience At least 3 years experience in a technology sales role Understanding of sales performance metrics Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite So, what does the client offer you?
