Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year Job description: Senior Administrator Location: Portsmouth Type: Full-time, Permanent We're looking for an organised and people-focused senior Administrator to join our team in Portsmouth. This role is key in keeping our People function running smoothly by providing efficient administrative support across all stages of the employee journey. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting day-to-day HR admin and communications in line with our people strategy Keeping employee records accurate, up-to-date, and confidential Assisting with recruitment: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications Supporting onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, inductions, and exit interviews Preparing HR documentation - from contracts to policy letters Responding to employee queries about policies, benefits, and procedures Coordinating training and tracking employee development Ensuring HR processes are compliant with employment law and company policies Assisting with payroll by providing accurate employee data Supporting wider engagement and wellbeing initiatives What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience preferred) Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills Trustworthy with a high level of confidentiality Confident with Microsoft Office and ideally HRIS platforms A good understanding of employment legislation (a plus) CIPD qualified or currently studying towards it (desirable) Why Join Us?
