The Role, English Teacher, Head of Department, Wembley:
Lead and manage the English department to ensure outstanding teaching and learning
Design and implement an engaging, challenging, and inclusive curriculum
Support and mentor staff within the department, fostering professional development
Model excellent verbal and written communication skills
Drive high expectations and ensure that all learners achieve to the best of their ability
