Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking a Secondary Business Studies Teacher to join a high-performing mainstream secondary school in Fareham, Hampshire, starting from September 2025.
As a Secondary Business Studies Teacher, you will play a crucial role in preparing students for both further study and future career opportunities in the world of business. You’ll join a supportive department with access to excellent resources and professional development.
Key Responsibilities of the Secondary Business Studies Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned lessons in Business Studies at Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable).
* Encourage students to develop entrepreneurial thinking and financial literacy.
* Support students in understanding key business principles, including marketing, operations, finance, and strategy.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the business curriculum and enrichment opportunities.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS, ECT status, or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification.
* A Business Studies specialism and strong subject knowledge.
* The ability to plan and deliver outstanding lessons tailored to diverse learners.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to student success and inclusive education.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
