About the Position
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy, fast-paced Learning Support & SEND Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high quality administrative support to enable key functions of the team to run smoothly and efficiently.
* Apply excellent administrative and customer service skills, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
* Support inclusion initiatives and uphold a welcoming environment for all learners.

* Proactive, professional individual with strong administrative skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experience working in a busy, customer-facing environment.
* Initiative, self‑drive and ability to work effectively within a team.
* Passion for inclusion and ability to meet deadlines.

* Interviews will take place at Rural, Otley Campus.
