Role: As Logistics Supervisor, you will support the Logistics Manager in overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of a busy depot operation. You'll coordinate transport activities, maintain compliance standards, and help drive operational excellence across both warehouse and distribution functions. Planning and optimising daily driver routes to maximise efficiency Coordinating driver and vehicle administration, including timesheets, maintenance schedules, compliance checks, and fuel records Monitoring depot performance and producing operational reports and KPIs Managing customer queries and supporting operational systems Booking agency staff when required to meet business demands Ensuring depot facilities, vehicles, and warehouse operations meet company standards Supporting Health & Safety compliance and company procedures Providing operational cover across transport and warehouse functions when needed Assisting with stock control, consumables management, petty cash, and invoice checks Candidate: A minimum of two years' experience within transport, logistics, or warehouse operations Strong understanding of route planning, logistics processes, and depot administration Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), and Microsoft Office Excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to work independently and adapt to changing operational priorities A sound understanding of compliance, Health & Safety, and performance monitoring Whether you're an experienced warehouse team leader looking to progress, or an established logistics professional seeking your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
