Education Impact Academy Trust is a MAT incorporating The Hive College, Wilson Stuart School, Queensbury School and Mayfield School. The Hive College is based in Erdington, Birmingham and is a Specialist Further Education College for learners aged 19-25 years with Special Educational Needs and disabilities. In November 2023 we were graded Outstanding in every single aspect of an Ofsted Inspection.

The right candidate will have:
* An NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* A minimum GCSE English and Maths Grade C and above (or equivalent)
* A good understanding of how students learn and develop in education
* The ability to support teachers in meeting the needs of all students, including mentoring, pastoral care and assisting with the physical care of students as and when required
* The ability to work with individuals and small groups of students
* Excellent communication and written skills with high expectations of learning and behaviour
* The ability to support students in the classroom and whilst out in the community
