Expedia Group is looking for a Senior Design manager to lead and elevate brand‑led creative work across campaigns and B2B communications. This role is hands‑on and design‑driven, with responsibility for setting creative direction, shaping concepts, and guiding high‑quality execution.

Partner Brand & Creative
As a design‑creative role with a strong focus on visual storytelling, brand expression, and campaign concepting, you’ll manage a small team of designers, partner closely with strategy and marketing, and help ensure work is consistently best in class and producing breakthrough creative.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead creative direction for brand and campaign work, from concept through execution.
* Proactively guide vision for all outputs, ensuring work is thoughtful, well‑crafted, and on‑brand.
* Manage and mentor a small team of designers, providing clear direction, feedback, and support.
* Develop campaign concepts and visual narratives that translate strategy into compelling creative across different channels.
* Guide execution across multiple formats and channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, brand, and production to deliver effective creative solutions.
* Contribute to the evolution of brand design systems, visual language, and storytelling frameworks.
Experience & Skills
* 8+ years of experience in design‑led creative roles, with time spent in agency and/or in‑house environments.
* Proven experience managing and mentoring a small design team.
* Strong background in brand design and a solid understanding of branding principles.
* Demonstrated experience in campaign concepting and delivering end‑to‑end creative outputs.
* Excellent visual storytelling skills and a strong eye for craft, composition, and detail.
* Comfortable balancing hands‑on design with creative leadership and direction.
* Experience in B2B design or marketing is a plus, but not required.
* Experience using AI‑powered creative tools to explore concepts, speed up production, and test variations while maintaining a strong point of view on quality and brand.
* Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or equivalent), with experience across digital‑first and interactive work; motion/animation familiarity is a plus.
* Partner with external agencies and production teams, setting the creative vision and ensuring deliverables meet our standards.
