THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Retail Media Manager, you will lead Retail Media strategy execution across key platforms, working closely with the Retail Media Director, Media, Marketing, and Commercial teams. You will own performance delivery, translate complex data into insight, and help define future Retail Media standards across Coty UK&I.
You will manage:
Amazon retail media ownership
• Drive Retail Media strategy across Amazon in line with national media and commercial objectives
• Ensure media mix coherence through close collaboration with Media, Marketing, and Commercial teams
• Analyse performance data via Amazon Vendor Central and thirdparty platforms to identify fullfunnel opportunities
• Own daytoday relationships with the Retail Media agency and Amazon Advertising teams
• Build and deliver multitouchpoint campaigns around Amazon events and NPD launches, from Prime Video to DSP retargeting
• Act as the face of Amazon Retail Media internally, translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
Retail media excellence across emerging pureplayers
• Develop endtoend multichannel campaigns across emerging Retail Media Networks (e.g. Look Fantastic, Cult, Very)
• Scale and optimise existing partnerships while identifying new growth opportunities
• Work closely with agency partners to optimise programmatic search and display performance (e.g. Criteo, Citrus)
• Guide and challenge internal stakeholders to explore innovation opportunities across Retail Media
Performance, insight & governance
• Manage daytoday Retail Media budgets and recommendations in partnership with the Retail Media Director
• Work with external KPI framework agencies to review, optimise, and educate stakeholders on performance and growth opportunities
• Monitor and share industry developments, online marketing trends, and emerging tools
• Build deep portfolio knowledge to support SKU strategy, balancing profit objectives with NPD growth
• Oversee content delivery across all Retail Media channels in collaboration with Content & Activations teams
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership as part of business reviews and customer meetings
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a Retail Media Manager, you are performancedriven, analytically strong, and excited by the future of Retail Media Networks. You combine strategic thinking with handson execution and are confident influencing stakeholders across the organisation.
• 2–4 years’ experience in performance or Retail Media campaign management
• Strong experience with Amazon Ads and paid search / display platforms such as Criteo
• Experience working with media agencies to deliver fullfunnel campaigns
• Familiarity with platforms such as Pacvue, Skai, or similar dashboards
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into insight and action
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex insights
• Proactive, flexible, and collaborative working style
• Curiosity and ambition to “change the game” within Retail Media
