Our client who are seeking a motivated Commercial Property / Real Estate Paralegal to support their busy and high-performing Real Estate team. Responsibilities of the job
* Support fee earners with commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and refinancing.
* Prepare and review standard documents such as licences, lease drafts, reports on title, searches and enquiries.
* Manage due diligence tasks, obtaining title documents, conducting searches, preparing CP checklists and monitoring key dates.
* Handle post completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, agents and lenders, providing regular updates and progressing matters efficiently.
Job and person specification
* Proficient working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Strong understanding of Land Registry processes, titles and property documentation.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
