The Role As a key member of the team, you will handle a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
* Commercial leasing transactions
* Acquisitions and disposals of property assets
* Development projects, including renewable energy, leases, and infrastructure agreements
* Corporate support on property matters
Candidate Profile We’re looking for candidates who:
* Have experience in commercial property work (leases, acquisitions, development projects)
* Possess strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
* Hold qualifications as a Lawyer in Scotland (3years PQE)
