Contact Centre Agent Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and results driven individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience while exceeding conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making contact with patients who have recently attended an initial consultation to discuss the consultation, benefits and options
* Promoting the lifestyle and clinical benefits of our treatments
* Managing the patient pipeline to ensure optimal cover at all times
* Providing an exceptional after sales service to our customers
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent German language skills, spoken and written
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Achievement within outbound sales
* Proven track record in over achieving KPI's
* Ability to converse and relate to a wide range of people
* Excellent communication skills with empathy and understanding
* Ability to deliver first class customer service
* Strong IT skills – database, word/excel and email
* Teamwork, with the skills to add value to the existing setup

What to Expect:
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-9pm
* No weekend working
