We are seeking a qualified Finance Manager with SAP experience to join a fantastic business in Chester. The Finance Manager will lead the finance team, overseeing accounting, payroll, and reporting while ensuring compliance with all UK regulations. You will play a key role in supporting operational efficiency and driving performance across the organisation's UK entities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
* Manage month-end closing.
* Oversee payroll, VAT, taxes, and statutory compliance.
* Monitor cash flow and handle banking matters.
* Maintain financial systems, processes, and controls (SAP).
* Lead and mentor a small finance team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with audit or finance control experience
