Your Role:
As a PERSON CENTRED agency Support Worker through Regent Care Recruitment, you will:
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with ASC/LD/MH and complex healthcare needs.
* Work in a variety of care settings depending on service requirements.
* Provide personal care while upholding dignity and respect at all times.
* Manage challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner.
* Keep accurate records and complete incident reports as needed.
* Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and service providers.
What We're Looking For:

* Previous experience working in services with people with complex needs (2 years essential).
* Diploma in Care DIPLOMA Level 2 & 3
* Flexibility and reliability to cover different shifts and locations.
* Compassionate, professional, and dedicated attitude.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.82-£13.21 per hour
