Sales Ledger Assistant Ballynure £28,000 benefits Full Time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Part Time Monday to Friday 930am to 330pm We are working with a leading UK & ROI business based in Ballynure to recruit for 2 roles within the commercial team, a Full and Part Time Sales Ledger Assistant Joining the busy finance team of a leading UK & Irish business you will be responsible for; Raising and issuing sales invoices Utilising customer systems to raise invoices and ensure timely payment Assist with cash sales ensuring invoices raised and payment received prior to jobs being undertaken Communication with customers on any potential issues Liaising and communicating with operational staff on any potential issues Preparation of credit notes as and when required What we are looking for 2 years accounts / finance / office experience Strong communication skills Sound level of IT literacy In return you can expect a generous salary, 33 days holidays, health care plan plus much more.
