Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Faith's Walk Healthcare Services Limited. In this role, you will provide personalized support to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care while promoting their dignity and independence.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with respect and dignity.
* Implement care plans tailored to individual client requirements.
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
* Document client progress and any changes in their condition accurately.
* Drive to clients' homes as required, ensuring punctuality and reliability.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Experience in home care or a similar environment is preferred.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Compassionate and respectful approach towards clients.
* IT skills for documentation purposes are beneficial but not essential.
* A valid driving license is must for this role.
