The Role
We are looking for a Machine Operator to join a busy production team in Yatton. You will be responsible for operating manufacturing machinery to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery within your designated area to meet production targets
* Set up, adjust, and monitor machines, including start-up and shut-down
* Reduce material waste and maximise production efficiency
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Adhere to all safety, quality, and production procedures
About You
* Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
* Good communication skills
Previous machine operating experience is highly desirable. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this fast-paced production environment.
