Audit Manager in Culture Assurance
Location: GSK HQ, London / Durham NC / Upper Providence PA
A&A Background: Audit & Assurance (A&A) provides an objective view of risk management, raising awareness and inspiring action to prevent issues, collaborating to reduce risk and protect patient interests across GSK.
Job Purpose: Lead and participate in Culture Assurance audits, embedding GSK's values, managing data, insights, and ensuring high standards in audit execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Planning: Contribute to audit strategies, approve scope, and ensure audits are risk-responsive and valuable.
2. Leadership and Oversight: Ensure compliance with standards and drive accountability.
3. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships, facilitate dialogue, and provide insights.
4. Execution and Quality Assurance: Oversee audit execution, manage issues, and maintain quality.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, produce reports, and support board-level reporting.
6. Coaching and Development: Guide teams, develop talent.
7. Alternative Assurance Products: Deliver other assurance services and develop metrics.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify emerging trends and improve processes.
Skills & Experience:
* Knowledge of internal controls, enterprise risks, and compliance frameworks.
* Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Data analytics and AI tools proficiency.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* High organizational awareness.
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; proficiency in English.
